Demonte Caravan was born with the mission of producing solutions that can appeal to people s adventurous passions, realize their dreams, and travel freely without sacrificing comfort and quality in their living spaces. We wanted to enter the Campervan sector, which has been our dream for a long time, with our experience and passion in wood, our camps on our routes that we have been on for many years, and we established the Demounted Caravan in 2018. When we entered the caravan sector, we directed and developed only one product, VW Transporter. Thanks to our R&D studies and productions, we are turning VW Transporter vehicles into camping vehicles. We have opened up to Europe by becoming a brand that dominates the Turkish market with our vehicles that we have always developed based on European standards and comfort. Our activities continue with many European countries after England, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland and France. We do not compromise on the use of high quality products in our production, we take care to apply new generation technologies to our vehicles, and we aim to provide pleasant experiences to our users. We work with human resources with many years of sectoral experience in the design, implementation and production stages. We do not give up on safety, especially when applying electricity and water systems, and we prioritize human health with products developed for caravans in material usage.
We were inspired by the vw transporter series vehicles, which have been converted into campers by many companies in Europe since 1950, and we developed our own model. The fact that all the products used are safety certified, brings our product to the fore in our sector. We use SCA Brand pop-up sunroofs in camper conversions that we have implemented.
The new roof shape, with its slim outer lines, adapts itself harmoniously to the chassis and fits in perfectly with the overall look of the vehicle. The high scissor lifts also increase the height of the roof in this model, providing a cosier feeling of space. The innovative Skyline fabric bellows in high-quality synthetic fibre bring even more benefits: The window at the front can be fully opened to provide a wide panoramic view. A Plexiglas cover provides protection so that you can enjoy the view even in windy conditions and bad weather, and an insect screen also helps to block out irritating pests. The pests remain outside but you still have the view. However, the front window can also be closed completely. Skyline fabric bellows allow you to enjoy your trip in the knowledge of being prepared for any situation. The new, lighter reclining unit based on a slatted base fitted ergonomically with disc springs in an aluminium frame and high-quality foam mattress considerably increases reclining and sleeping comfort. The new breathable structure provides heat exchange and sufficient ventilation in an ideal way. The close and lock mechanism is another highlight of our most recent model. A designer closing bracket with multiple uses, such as attaching a display and our own SCA express lock, provide simple and secure operation for maximum comfort in use. And staying with the highlight, the platform is perfect for attaching LED lighting with adjustable brightness levels for pleasant illumination of the van interior, even when the windows are closed. Developed for VW Transporter and Ford Transit Custom vehicles, the European TÜV certified triple rear seat with rail is also an indispensable product of camper vehicles, as well as a double bed.
A complete redesign has resulted in a sleeper roof for the short wheelbase Ford Transit Custom, with many benefits. The high scissor lifts provide considerably more legroom and make it possible to sleep with your head towards the rear. Compared to the previous solution, the lift has been increased by 25 cm. A high-quality reclining unit with flexible disc springs built into an aluminium frame provides superior comfort when reclining and sleeping. The Southco locks with integrated safety straps ensure simple and secure locking of the roof. The roof shell is manufactured using the sophisticated vacuum expansion process. This guarantees consistent wall thickness and ensures that the outer surface of the roof shell is smooth and non-profiled an ideal prerequisite for the direct adhesion of thin solar foil just a few millimetres thick without significantly increasing the overall height of the vehicle.
